Using the Museum as a drama venueDrama groups often visit the Museum to rehearse for theatrical productions.  Some groups choose to stay in the Museum's Residential Centre for intensive rehearsal (and social!) time.

We can provide a performance space with a staged area and room for an audience of about one hundred people.

Using the Museum as a drama venueMuseum exhibits and costumed visitor guides illustrate a way of life which is now being left behind and provide inspiration and the perfect backdrop for productions which take place around the mid-nineteenth to early twentieth century.

The Education Department will be happy to support your visit in any way possible.
