Drama groups often visit the Museum to rehearse for theatrical productions. Some groups choose to stay in the Museum's Residential Centre for intensive rehearsal (and social!) time.
We can provide a performance space with a staged area and room for an audience of about one hundred people.
Museum exhibits and costumed visitor guides illustrate a way of life which is now being left behind and provide inspiration and the perfect backdrop for productions which take place around the mid-nineteenth to early twentieth century.
The Education Department will be happy to support your visit in any way possible.
